Account and contact details you provide; property enquiries and submissions; usage and device data (such as pages viewed and approximate location); and communications with us.
3. How we use it
To operate the platform, match and display listings, respond to enquiries, improve our services and AI, keep the platform secure, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests, your consent (where required), and legal compliance.
5. Sharing
We share data with licensed agency partners handling your enquiry, and with service providers (hosting, analytics, communications) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
